Y workout alone

My daughter woke up sick, so no family run to the Y. I went alone and hit it fast and furious. No time for breakfast and I a still fasted as I write this, 3 hours after finishing my workout. Will eat when it is convenient. It is nice not to worry about the next meal like I used to.

Workout(40 mins):
-Squats: 135#, 185#, 235#
-Dips: Unweighted, +10#, +20#
-DB Bench: 45#, 65#, 85#(struggled...)
-DB Incline Bench: 30#, 40#, 50#
-BB Bent Row: 95#, 115#, 135#
-BB Curls: 40#, 60#, 80#
-Lat Pulldowns: 5, 7, 9
-BB Overhead Press: 50#, 70#, 90#
-Sprints: 8 70 yards sprints on indoor track. Ran corner to corner to avoid slowdowns. All out on last 40 yards after the turn.

My wife wore pants we bought 3 months ago to work yesterday and they looked baggy. I assumed they were 4's, but they were 2's!!! We also just bought a pair of jeans for her in size 0(!) around 2 weeks ago. Amazing progress since Feb 2008.
