Fasting this morning until lunch. I ended up getting to the fitness center at ~10:30am.
Workout(~30mins):
- Sumo Dead Lift: 5 reps at 225# then 5 one reps at 295#. Felt pretty strong on this today.
- DB Bench: More sets and more reps than usual. 30#, 40#, 50#, 60# 70#
- Machine Bench: 5 one reps at 220#
- Jump Pushups: 10 jumping push ups just to really hit the fast twitch.
- DB One Arm Rows: 30#, 50#, 70#, 90#(one rep)
- Pull Ups: Unweighted, +10#, +20#
- Dips: +10#, +20#, +30#
- DB One Arm Overhead Press: 25#, 35#, 45#, 55#(2 reps)
- Chest Fly: 160#, 190#, 220#, 250#, 280#
- One Leg Leg Press: 180#, 270#, 360# + 3 negatives
At lunch at 1pm or so, at least an hour and a half after workout. Salad with tuna, veggies, some nuts and seeds, and egg. Trying to move as much of the meat I eat to wild sources and Tuna is a good way to do that regularly.
182# on the scale today. Cold Shower. One thing I have noticed so far this winter is that my skin isn't drying out like it normally does this time of year. I wonder if it is dietary or if the cold showers are pulling less moisture out of my skin. Maybe it is a bit of both.
