Compressed Intervals

I had a limited window to get a workout in this morning and I prefer to workout fasted.  After my 7:00am meeting ended I hit the fitness center and simply did 15 minutes of every other minute intervals.  I walked a minute at 4.0mph then did "sprints" at 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 8, then 13mph.  Good, short workout(~15 minutes).  Nice for a off day workout.  I kind of needed a bit of a break from lifting heavy things.  Back to that tomorrow and Friday.

I grabbed 3 slices of bacon, a sausage patty, and 2 hard cooked eggs on the way back to my office.  Feeling very Atkins this morning.  I will eat that ~1hr after I finished the sprints to let the GH have it's full effect.
