Subbing in a tennis game tonight, so ending up with 2 workouts today. Fasted until 3pm(meat & veggies at chinese place) and worked out at noon.

-One Arm Cable Crossovers(35#) & Lat Pulldowns(135#)
-One arm overhead press on BOSU(35#) & BB bent rows(80#)
-1x5 Alactic Machine Bench 220#
