It is hard to keep kids on track with healthy food whe visiting the grandparents. They love to spoil them when we visit. Pancakes, toast with jelly, potato chips, muffins, yogurt, juice, doughnuts are just a few of the things the kids had that aren't a part of our life back home. The kids love it, of course, and the grandparents enjoy spoiling them for a couple of days. We just limit what we can, keep their teeth clean, and get back to our usual on Monday.
