Light Workout

Third day in a row doing some strength training. I made it challenging, but not to strenuous. On all exercises I focused on fast up and slow, negative style down.

Front squats: 15x30#, 8x70#, 4x110#
One legged leg press: Two plates. One set of 8 with 3 negatives.
Arnold Presses on BOSU: 15x10#, 7x20#, 3x30#.
Dumbell Incline bench: 15x15#, 8x25#, 5x35#
Bent rows: 15x30#, 8x50#, 5x70#
Bar bell curls on BOSU: 15x20#, 8x30#, 5x40#
Dips: 12 then 7 with 10# extra then 3 with 20# extra.

Skipped breakfast. Cold shower in 5 mins. Lunch will be a salad with protein. Dinner is taco salad with ground beef and avacado.
