I took a long walk last night since my colleague had the rental car. Stopped at a sports store and bought a new pair of tennis shoes and a T-shirt so I could work out this morning. The fitness center in the hotel is pretty lame. Ended up doing a very brief bit of lifting on the lame nautilus machine and then did a treadmill tabata at 12 degrees and 7.0mph(a little less than my usual).
Had Indian food for lunch. If you can stay away from the rice and nan it isn't too bad heath-wise. Ended up with quite a bit of chicken, beef and cauliflower.
